All of our staff have Current First Aid Certificates, Site Safe Building Passports and our core staff have be trained as Traffic Controllers.

 

TOM ADAMS

DIRECTOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Tom has 14 years’ experience in residential, commercial and civil construction. He is a Licensed Building Practitioner and has completed a wide variety of projects involving nearly all aspects of construction. He has managed construction on a number of high profile SCIRT rebuild projects over the last 3 years in Christchurch and has developed strong communication skills with clients and an excellent understanding of key legislation including NZS 3910 and 3604. 

Tom also holds WTR, Class 2 Heavy Traffic, a current Site Safe Passport, current 1st Aid Certification and Traffic Controller Certification. 

OLIVER PATTISON

CIVIL ENGINEER

Oliver is a hands-on engineer and project manager with 10 years experience in construction and civil engineering. He has held a number of productive and technical roles encompassing all aspects of construction, surveying and project management. Oliver cut his teeth as a site engineer on the successful remediation of the Tui mine site and has continued to manage civil projects throughout NZ with heavy involvement in Quality Assurance and Control.

A proven project manager, Oliver prides himself on staying solution focused while maintaining open communication with all project stakeholders.  

KERRY ADAMS

Kerry is a qualified carpenter and Licensed Building Practitioner with 35 year's experience covering nearly all facets of construction. Kerry has extensive experience in both commercial and civil construction - he has delivered several high profile SCIRT rebuild projects over the last 2 years in Christchurch. He has a proven record in dealing with the supervision of these challenging projects and has excellent communication skills between both clients and contracting staff. 

Kerry also holds WTR, a current Site Safe Passport, current 1st Aid Certification and a Traffic Controller Certification.
